Tamar's Interview Process
Step 1
Application Submission
Candidates submit their resume and a brief cover letter through the Tamar careers page on our website.
Step 2
Initial Conversation
A member of our HR team will have a preliminary discussion with the candidate. This conversation aims to understand the candidate's career goals, experience, and interest in Tamar.
Step 3
Role-Specific Assessment
For technical roles: Candidates will participate in a one-hour technical interview to evaluate their skills.
For non-technical roles (such as operations or administration): Candidates will receive a practical assignment that reflects real-world scenarios they might encounter at Tamar. This task is expected to take between 2-4 hours.
Step 4
Team Interaction
Candidates will have a chance to meet with their potential future manager or a team member. This step is designed to assess fit within the team and to provide candidates with insight into the team dynamics.
Step 5
Comprehensive Interview
Technical roles: Candidates will undergo a series of technical interviews (3-4) and a cultural fit interview.
Non-technical roles: Candidates will have a series of interviews (3-4) covering various aspects of the role, including a cultural fit interview.
Step 6
Reference and Background Check
We will conduct reference checks and, if necessary, a background check to confirm the candidate's professional history and qualifications.

Job Offer
